With over 15 years’ experience in town centre management, public events, and place-based regeneration, we founded Buzz Town Events to help bring high-quality, well-managed experiences to towns, cities, and shopping destinations across the UK.

Tom brings a proven track record in Business Improvement Districts, economic development, and event delivery, having led award-winning projects that have increased footfall, supported local businesses, and put town centres firmly back on the map. His background in civic events, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership means every Buzz Town event is planned with purpose, professionalism, and impact.

John adds specialist expertise in project management and construction, overseeing the design and build of complex event infrastructure. His focus on safety, logistics, and high standards ensures our events don’t just look good — they run smoothly and stand up to the practical challenges of public space use.

Together, we offer a hands-on, collaborative approach to town centre events, combining creativity with commercial sense and a deep understanding of what makes places thrive. Buzz Town Events was born from a shared passion for creating vibrant, welcoming spaces where communities come together and town centres come to life.
Tom and John crossed paths through their work in events, regeneration, and place-making, quickly realising they shared the same vision — to bring energy and excitement back to high streets across the UK. With Tom’s background in town centre management and public event strategy, and John’s expertise in construction and infrastructure, the partnership was a natural fit.
We’ve spent years delivering standout events — from large-scale festivals to family-friendly installations — always focused on impact, quality, and community value. Along the way, we saw just how powerful well-executed events can be in driving footfall, supporting local businesses, and changing perceptions of a place.
